For all those mentioning that Karen Walker is from New Zealand, yes that is true but she is classed as an Australian designer. New Zealand is the 7th state of Australia

Karen Walker has already done a collaboration with Swanndri (NZ store) and its ongoing. Its similar to Colorado (so not the typical Karen Walker dresses we see in the store).
So I doubt she would be thinking of doing something with Target.
