Black, high-waisted pants
Question:
I'm after some classic, good quality high-waisted black pants similar to Yves Saint Laurent's Le Smoking pants suit - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Le_Smoking
I liked the ones in Sportsgirl but they were too baggy on the thigh and the material was a bit ugh. Looking to spend around $150, can anyone help?
TIA

Answer:
I bought a pair like the ones you posted from Susan as part of a suit a few years ago. It's one of their classic cuts so maybe try there? Will be in your price range too.

Answer:
Will add them to the list to check out when I hit the shops on Friday, thanks zoorie.
Anyone else? Please?

Answer:
Not black, but dark grey pinstripe by Veronika Maine. Absolutely love them! They're a super flattering fit. Bought them last month from David Jones $175. Have gotten so many compliments

Answer:
Been doing a little online browsing... has anyone seen/got the FCUK Likely Lad twill pants? Or the Wayne Cooper stretch wool suiting, high waist slouch pants?? Trying to decide where to hit first on Friday arvo... come on pay day! Not that's on Friday but anyway...

Answer:
Has anyone seen any dressy black skinny leg pants?

Answer:
Cue has some really nice high waisted skinny legs, Witchery does too from memory and I think there were some in Country Road.
After a mini-shop today I think I'm placing hope in Wayne Cooper, otherwise the Cue high-waisted, wide leg pants are the next best thing. Found a gorgeous high-waisted, cream wool, pencil skirt in Cue though.

Answer:
I went on an extensive mission to find some of these today with no success at all. The wayne coopers are my only hope at this point...

Answer:
I'd try looking in Farage.
