Question:
im a size 6-8 and most clothes fit alright on me, except i have trouble finding nice pants/shorts because the waist is often huge and i have to take the straps up on most singlet tops/camisoles/dresses adjustable straps on camisoles and dresses are the best Answer: im really short 150cm and getting slightly roung so shopping is a nightmare everything makes me look short and chubby.. =( Answer: lucindajane, I picked up all my stuff yesterday arvo and she only charged me $150. She's the best thing ever! Answer: I'm 5'1", and fit into kids size 12 clothes. Thank god for kids departments :-\ Answer: Today I went into Myer to get a plain white pleasure state bra set and the underpants were huge!!! I have bought sets from ps before, but have never had a problem like this. I asked the SA and she said there was no XS which I thought was silly considering how big the S was. So I got a similar elle one instead which are always very little for the size. Oh dear. I was very angry as it wasn't the set I wanted. Originally Posted by winterspark I'm 5'1", and fit into kids size 12 clothes. Thank god for kids departments :-\ I hear you winterspark. I have tonnes of kids' skirts and shorts. My only problem is because I am 165cm, kids' clothes are a bit short so that rules out trousers (although I do have some) and dresses are a bit indecent without something underneath. Answer: Man do I hear you girls! I'm 5'2" usually a 6 but sometimes I have to even get them taken in. I actually can't wear kids clothes, they fit weird on me! What annoys me the most is that when I find something, it ALWAYS seems to cost a fair bit & it's obvious that less material is used! LOL! but then I justify it seeing as it is a perfect fit. So far only Sass & Bide & Princess Highway (got these taken in at the back tho) have fitted me well with jeans but it's good to see more brands coming out for smaller sizes these last 2 years. Alterations is a life saver tho must admit, I got these cargos from Morrissey full taken in & the alterations cost mroe than the pants! Thank god I got them SO cheap then Answer: I wish alannah hill had size 6s! I'm 5ft and a size 4/6/8 (all brands are mixed up) Im too lazy to get things altered too Answer: i'm 5'1'' and a size 6, but i find it really hard to find jeans and pants. Sass & Bide sz 24's are too big for me... i have very skinny thighs. Bettina liano's are ok, so are bardot jeans and thats about it.i find Review a good standard size 6, but some of their clothes are . My mum use to be a seamstress so i get her to alter everything for me. Practically everything i buy needs to be tweaked in some way or form... its very annoying Answer: I have had this problem for the past 18 months, I have always been a normal size 8 but a health problem I have has made me lose alot of weight and now I am a size 6 and I have found it very hard to find things that fit. For jeans I find Paper Denim Cloth are a great fit for petite girls, as well as SFAM. The Corner shop stocks alot of great basics that fit really well for smaller girls. I steer clear of tops and dresses that don't have stretch in them as they usually look like a sack of potatoes. I find flowy style tops a good option because it won't be obvious if they are a little big. Hope that helps Answer: went to DJ's today to get some dressy/casual fitted tops that i could mix and match with a few things such as high waisted skirts pants. Nightmare. I seriously left the store feeling demoralised, depressed and hating my body, DJ's, and several fashion brands for having such huge sizings. I seriously still feel like crying. I just want to have nice clothes that fit me. Copyright ? 2006 - 2007 www.thankhealth.com Privacy Policy
