Dying silk dress?? - Page 2
Question:
Hi Chon girl
I am planning to have my wedding dress dyed (it is also ivory silk) so I can wear it as a ball gown (no kids so won't be passing it on and it seems a waste to leave it rotting in the cupboard (it was a big ticket item!)). I have done quite a lot of research on this and would not try it myself, I have found this site which does it professionally and am just waiting to receive colour charts. Check it out...

Answer:
Oooh thanks! I ended up buying a cute Kate Hurst dress for my party, but would love the opportunity to wear my wedding dress as a "ball gown" if I knew it could be done properly!
Let me know how you go with yours!!!
