Oh, I've seen those! Is the brand Wild Diva? I was so tempted but couldn't tell what the 'wooden' base was like... please post pics when you get them!!!! Meanwhile will go and bash my head against the wall for a little longer

Answer:

I love platforms, so I would say yes. strangely enough I only own one pair as I'm too tall to wear them.

Answer:
I still wear my Chloe platforms all the time!
Couldn't give a c-rap if they're in or out. I just them.

Answer:
i loooove giant platforms!!!!!!!
i hope they live on forever!

Answer:
those SM ones are cute
I saw a girl the other night in a simple white t-shirt dress, big gold hoop earrings and white Chloe Zeppas w wooden platforms, and she looked amazing
as jessicafan said, even if they're "out of style" (which i don't think they are) they're still cool and if you love them, go for it

Answer:
Thanks all - think you've convinced me... now I just have to decide btw the pictured leather ones, and the absolute drool-worthy patent Mollini ones (maybe they're a bit OTT for everyday though?)
???

Answer:
I've always loved the Chloe ones, i think they look really nice with jeans and that and they add heaps to your height. I think who cares about what trends say.. get them if you love them
