Shrinking jeans on purpose
Question:
Hi!
I was wondering how I could shrink my tight jeans which have now become quite baggy around the thighs since I've lost weight. Would putting them in a dryer do the trick? Are there any other methods?

Answer:
Washing them on a hotter wash? Or yeh like you said by putting them in the dryer?
I want to know this too because my sass&bides are huge atm

Answer:
The drier thing is only temporary. I need out too. My jeans are all loose around the butt

Answer:
There has been threads on this in the past, but all the solutions are temporary except having them altered.
I put mine in the dryer.

Answer:
i got my bettinas alteered, they stretch like you wouldn't believei t, just get them altered trust me, the job is super fast anD you can't tell they've altered it at all.

Answer:
Ok dryer here I come

Answer:
To get a bit more of a shrink, make sure they're like, sopping wet. That's the way I shrink mine temporarily.

Answer:
Have the dryer going for a good 10 minutes really heated up to as hot as it gets. Have the jeans wet spun out in the washing machine, then whack it in. Sopping wet isnt necessary as shrinkage occurs in the last 10% of drying. Good luck.

Answer:
thanks I will do

Answer:
Boil your jeans on the stove top then chuck them on a towel using some sort of protective gloves so you dont burn your hands, wring them out, then chuck them in the dryer.
Beware if they are a delicate pair.
