Shrinking jeans on purpose - Page 3
Question:
i got mine taken in for $40...and the tailor even matched the stitching colours and all...
like pre-tailor the side stitching was orange and he made it exactly the same...! hehehe soo happy...

Answer:
Oh I wasn't talking about shrinking the waist line - that fits well. I was more so talking about the rest of the jeans from the crotch down. The jeans were a little loose there but having washed them in hot water and put in the dryer, they have shrunk to a snug fit
I have my own personal tailor - my mum She does all my clothes.

Answer:
haha my mum does my clothes too! well easy stuff like sleeves and hems... as for the jeans i've tried many a time to do it with the whole hot water/dryer thing... imo not very useful - after a while it'll just be baggy again. if it's a good pair of jeans a tailor's defo the way to go!

Answer:
Dryers are a good way to go - I'd be supervising it though, leave it on for 15 min spurts at a time.
