Formal 2007 - Page 6
Question:
Year 12 formal is in mid-year; pumped! Just like last year I plan on designing it and getting it made Nothing beats the thrill of having a dress that's yours alone, exactly what you wanted and fits perfectly. 60's glam this year for me Answer: Originally Posted by chailatte_ does anyone know a good dressmaker in brisbane? It's late this year about september/october I think Answer: ok here u go girls... if this doesnt work let me know and ill try and fix it [ http://i174.photobucket.com/albums/w...formalback.jpg http://i174.photobucket.com/albums/w...malmefront.jpg ps. the photo does the colour no justice... it was actually the same shade as nicole kidmans dress a few years back, that real peacock blue/green.... the dress was a mix of silk and silk chiffon (but u cant really see that in this photo !!) Answer: bicadri.. was ur dress a full length..? im noticing lots of people doing full legths for yr 12... Answer: i've noticed a lot of girls seem to be doing the super-formal full-length gown thing for their formals. my school did more of a cocktail frock thing, which to be honest i preferred as i didn't have to get something made and i can wear the dress again. though it'd be nice to have an excuse to do the floor-length dress thing... Answer: yeah it was full length... a lot of girls went cocktail to the yr11 semi formal, n then the long gowns to the formal... i thought it was a great excuse to buy a hot long dress, although havent worn it since Answer: formals are so over hyped imo.. my yr 10 wasnt full length but was very formal-ish/black tie..have not work it since.. i doubt a lot of girls in my grade will be doing the full length for yr12 see how we go c'mon girls..tell me your choices etc! im lost as to what i want.. i need inspiration Copyright ? 2006 - 2007 www.thankhealth.com Privacy Policy
