i know this doesn't help as i cant remember specific shops, but i've seen quite a few similar dresses in chain stores at the moment all over the place. I'll try and remember for you, but my guess is places like Sportsgirl, FCUK and bardot will have similar things.
ETA: also, check the March issue of In Style the shoot with Rachael Taylor had a very similar gold metallic rayon dress by Museum.
