White canvas shoes - where to buy? - Page 2
Question:
We used to call them deck shoes,as in you wear them on a boat deck because they're rubber sole but dry if your foot is wet... I used to have black ones I brougth from an asian supermarket of all places, they weren't canvas material though... Answer: there was a brand, applegator or something similar that made them. Industrie, glue and other similar stores stocked them, a while ago i was looking for some for someone else and they had all basically sold out, not sure if they've restocked but you could try those stores. i got mine from south america, very cheap Answer: raben footwear! near central, yes the store with the ugly goth and hooker shoes. they come in other colours as well, and as far as i can remember they're pretty cheap. Answer: You get them from Rabens. There are 3 that I know of in the city... One on the corner of George and Quay St, just across from central station. One is further up George towards Town Hall and there is one as soon as you turn left coming out of Kingscross station. They have all sorts of shoes and are pretty cheap. Hope that helps! Answer: all my guy friends get them from Rabens also, they are $20. I bought my bf his from the one opposite world square and scruffy murphys. Answer: does anyone have any pics? Answer: ahhh thankyou so much. I'll try check out Rabens tomorrow Answer: I think they're called 'plimsolls'. HTH! Answer: You can get similar to what u describe at Big W. Or did u mean more like slip on vans classics? Answer: Are you talking about Vans' shoes? They match your description. I'm not a fan of slip ons or loafers.
