Yes! I'm a firm believer that ugg boots, thongs and the like should not be worn in public.

I agree that was a trashy look. But i think black uggs like the ones Rachel is wearing really arent that bad. I wouldnt go out anywhere special in them. But i would definately wear her outfit down to the shops or to a friends house.
