What can I wear a high waisted black skirt with without looking too old?
Will I look too old if I tuck my shirt in with wearing heels? I'm 17

i have a black high waist skirt i wear with everything! go look in my msd. you have to dress down a high waist skirt, especially in black. tuck in casual tees and layer with cardis scarves and stockings or leggings. i think you would definately look too hold if you wear a shirt AND heels. unless you are going for a job interview..

just wear a tee like Sisip123 said... i wear my high waisted skirts with plain tees... you can wear flats too, ballet flats or havs?? even some light sneackers for a more "urban" look

oh agree! i never thought of that but a casual tshirt high waist skirt and a pair of converse chux would look pretty cool.

You could wear a loose, chiffon / silk shirt and tuck it in loosely with pointy flats =)
