I have a pair from Urban Soul they are patent mary janes with a rounded toe however they have a thicker heel and a platform - they are super cute and I recommend you check out Palm Beach shoes in Paddington for them as I haven't seen them anywhere else.

I recently bought a pair of patent leather, round toe, stiletto heel Mary Janes from ShooBiz for just $99! They don't have a T-bar, they have a very low sitting cross strap which fixes with a button
They come in black patent and a very deep cherry red (which I bought )... and are really quite perfect for $99.
