Love the UDPP! Ultima II FNCN was going to be discontinued in Australia but they decided against it, so it'll be around for a while longer!
Clarins have just released one, Instant Light Eye Perfecting Base. It's lovely stuff, the consistency in between the UDPP and U2FNCN. Good staying power, and a little brush applicator, like the YSL TE.

i have Ultima II FNCN and i dont like it at all - makes my eyelids very crepey and flakey, and it really doesnt make my eyeshadow last any longer than it usually would
UDPP looks like i havent applied anything once it's on but it keeps my shadows from creasing for the entire day

I like MAC Bare Canvas paint too, but find it goes a bit blotchy if I don't apply it over something else (I use the ModelCo Face Base first). I do have very dry skin though...
