B2M newbie:
So im really confused.
What can you take back to MAC?
(I know you can take Eyeshadow pots back but thats all I know)
and
What can you get from taking things back?
Call me silly but I like my pots and I dont know if I want to de-pot them. I like the fact that I dont have to cart around an entire 15-pan pallet. I know you can get the four but I dont like them.
Is anyone else into Pots? haha

With B2M you can take anything back pretty much (eyeshadow pots, lipstick cases, foundation bottles and compacts etc) The only things really that you cant take back are lip pencils, eyeliner pencils etc (things that dont have casing) When you take 6 back you get a free lipstick of your choice (not Viva Glam though)

Anything that is a primary item is eligable for B2M. That means no cardboard packaging, sample pots, individual items from a holiday set, etc etc etc. Eyeshadow pots can be as dinged up or as melted as you like. Generally anything that comes in a box with the B2M logo stamped on the inside opening flap is eligable.
In Australia the B2M policy is for every 6 primary items returned, you can get 1 lipstick. The only exceptions to this are the Viva Glam series, and any lipstick that comes in special packaging (i.e. the plastic case is different to the regular lipstick packaging).

I have to agree with you on the space thing! ****...now all day I will be thinking about whether to depot or not???

I think its only necessary to depot if you are an MUA... For my own use I definately prefer to have my indivdual pots so i can just take a couple of colours with me if im going away etc. Also if I lost some its ok if they are individual, but a whole pan of 15 or so

BACK to MAC is a program where you return your empty things (as mentioned in earlier post) and you receive a free lipstick (are gloss included?)

I didn't think they accepted glass bottles... Like foundation bottles. I took mine into Brisbane last year and they said no.
