I'd have to disagree there. Lancome is more effective on my eye makeup but I wear waterproof mascara or normal mascara with waterproofer on top, maybe this has something to do with it.

The Nivea one removs absolutely nothing, steer clear of that.
I've switched to a mascara that comes off without eye makeup remover - Clinique High Impact. Genious! Washes off in water but doesn't smudge or crumble.

But Chanel is THE best....Loreal is good but a low end version of Chanel. With Chanel its def. more $$$ than Loreal but does an even better job, which is saying somethign because Loreal is pretty darn good

Second Clinique. I find the Clinique one better than the Loreal Two Phrase one. One wipe and all gone compared to Loreal which took 2-3 wipes to take off my Shu/BB eyeliner off completely.

The L'oreal one, but i have started using the priceline brand one which is just like the L'oreal one but even cheaper.
I've also been impressed by the dermalogica one and it's especially good if you have very sensitive skin.
