Jojoba oil beats em all!
But I use that after I use the L'Oreal one, just to get rid of any traces that are left.
If I had the $$ to spare on such things I would buy the Lancome, but seeing as L'Oreal and Lancome are made by the same company, I figure it's a pretty good 2nd-best option.

I've used the Garnier one and it's worked great......No stinging eyes which I've had with other products. And it's cheap, too!

Okay I purchased the yesterday Chanel and I agree its the best, it took all my mascara and eye shadow off within a few secs without irritating my eyes... I don't even look like I've had eye make up on... amazing stuff thanks Georgi

I'm also looking for one that doesn't contain oil so that I don't have to rinse afterwards (i.e. any two-phase one would be unsuitable)
