Makeup for covering bruises
Question:
I dropped a 2L bottle of milk on my face (dont ask) and have managed to get a black eye.
Whats the best way of concealing bruising? My regular concealer just seems to make it worse.

Answer:
Dermablend.
My boy calls it magic make-up because this stuff covers up EVERYTHING. Blend the concealer in, wait for it to set and every scar or blemish you have disappears. I use the body formulation to cover giant bruises on all parts of my bodyn I get from pole practice.
The only place I know that stocks this is Soul Pattinson chemists and I get mine from the Pitt Street Mall one because they've got the largest range of shades and products.

Answer:
Maybe try some Touche Eclat on top of your normal concealer, to throw off some light... Black eyes are hard to cover up entirely- I had due to a skiing incident last year!!

Answer:
Try the ben nye concealer! it works well coz it covers tattoos as well

Answer:
Thank you!

Answer:
i have a birthmark on my chin which looks like a bruise pretty much the only thing that covers it is this concealer i brought from kryolan (i think thats how you spell it) soooo good!

Answer:
i had a client who had bruised eyes after having an eye-lift, and i used the Kevyn Aucoin full-pigment foundation on her, and the bruising literally could not be seen. The best part is, once the bruising goes down, you can mix it with a primer to continue using it as a sheerer foundation!

Answer:
I really want to know how you dropped it on your face

Answer:
i have the same problem right now!
My boyfriend thought it would be funny to suck really hard on my cheek, which left me with a hickey-esque bruise on my face!!
so gross

Of topic but this girl I used to live with had a black eye once and came and asked me to help her. I gave her my concealer to cover it, she piled it on and didn't blend. Wasn't a good look.

Anyway try Kryolan or Dermablend. Or possibly the KA one recommended above, this is the one I am getting next!
