Today's routine:

1. wake up in hospital bed after "sleeping" for five hours (involved being awoken every 20 minutes by "your pager battery is going flat" pager alarm but not quite awoken enough to change the damned battery)
2. splash water on face
3. wipe sleep and mascara crumbs from eyes with paper towel in DCR (doctors common room) toilet
4. drink double espresso
5. drive home and vegetate

Sometimes I use Retin-A Cream (0.05%) instead of moisturiser.

I do a full face of make up in about 15 Minutes, which involves:
*Eye cream and moisturiser
*Light covering of foundation (sometimes i skip this)
*Concealer under eyes
*Light dusting of loose powder
*Blush
*Shimmer product-Shimmerbrick, Msf etc
*Eye base
*3x Eye colour-Highlight, lid and crease (if i have more times sometimes i do 4 or 5 colours-well blended of course )
*Liner
*Mascara
*Lip products (this varies from liner-lipstick-gloss to just gloss or a tint depending on how i feel at the time)
Extra- Rosewater spritz

Prefering sleep or breakfast and coffee, my morning routine is:
Cleanse in shower
Tone when out of shower
Apply sunscreen/moisturiser.
If I can be bothered
curl lashes
comb lashes
Perhaps add mascara and lipbalm/gloss.
I leave the playing around with the eye makeup and blush to special occasions and nights out.

+ Eyeshadow - M.A.C eyeshadow in Shale (i can't find it anymore and running low! so upset!)
+ Eyeliner - Revlon Wet/Dry Liner in Blackest Black but most recently Jordana Color Xtend Eyeliner (so cheap and barely budges!)
+ Mascara - Maybelline Full & Soft
