Armani liquid silk
Question:
I am thinking of buying the Armani liquid silk and was wondering if anyone thinks it's worth the money $80 is a lot to pay for a foundation if it's just ok. It got a great write up in a recent magazine and I am interested in it. Also I want to get Beauty Flash Balm by Clarins. Is this worth it too, can you wear this alone? also the Beauty Flash Balm for eyes, is this good or bad? I want to update my makeup a bit, I want to look natural but beautiful...I turn 40 at the end of the year and need help. Thanks in advance Answer: luminious silk for the win!!!!!!! Answer: I love GA LSF It has to be one of my favourite foundations! They have a really good colour range as well.. $80 is a bit dear but the bottle does last a while (I've been using mine for about 8 months now!) I highly recommend it Not sure about the Clarins balm though since I haven't tried it... Answer: Thanks for the replies. Sounds like luminious silk foundation is a winner. It doesn't make your skin too shiny or sparkly?? I love a natural flawless look, yet I love the look of light deflecting particles to blur fine wrinkles etc. I am using Napoleon light diffusing foundation at the moment, is Armani similar or better than this one? What are the points that make you love this foundation? Thanks everyone your fantastic. Answer: i'm 37....recently purchased LSF and MSF. Normally I'm a devoted STILA IPF and chanel DPF girl. the LSF is quite good...a bit more dewy than what I normally wear....but I pop a powder over the top. If you're very oily you may not like the finish. Check the reviews on makeupalley.com A good range of opinions there. Also I highly recommend you get a 1 or 2 samples. I went to the melb store and the male SA was brilliant. gave me a MSF and a LSF .. I tried them for a week and then went back..and the next SA matched me again (much better). Clarins BFB - Tried it years ago....did nothing for me....so can't comment. Answer: It definately doesn't look too shiny or sparkly! (Well, not on me anyway ) I find that it lightens up my face and looks less 'dead'. I've used Napoleon before and GA is much better imo (despite the price differences)... I think that GA has slightly more coverage as well and blends alot better Answer: I'd definitely try a sample before purchasing. It didn't work for me at all. Accentuated pores and was way too shiny/sparkly for me. Was good for night but not daytime. I know some people like it but for me it was a big no... So get a sample first if you can! Answer: Thanks for the idea (samples) I will go to DJ and see how I go. I know foundation is a very personal thing, what suits on doesn't suit someone else. MissLaDiDa is it the foundation or the balm you didn't like? I still haven't heard anything about Beauty Flash Balm. I thought this was really popular?? Great info on the foundation though, thanks so much everyone.... Answer: I have and love beauty flash balm. Sorry didn't comment at all on that. I've even used one up and rebought it. I didn't like the BFB for eyes though. Nothing sparkly about it and although i'm combination normal/oily it didn't make me too shiny. It was the foundation I didn't like. Answer: Thanks MissLaDiDa. I was hoping someone would like the beauty flash balm, I really like the idea of this one. I don't want to look like a disco ball so will have to try the Armani foundation samples first. Don't want to spend $80 and not like the effect. I don't like looking too sparkly... Thanks again Copyright ? 2006 - 2007 www.thankhealth.com Privacy Policy
