No its not a high end brand, they used to be stocked in Priceline years ago, then they pulled out but is now being restocked again. Price range is about the same as Revlon/L'oreal I think

They were never high-end.

They used to be stocked in Priceline, Target, KMart, the low-end section of Myer and various pharmacies.
