Hi gilrs,
I've decided to give my nails a well-deserved break, but of course they are now paper thin and HURRRRRRT.
I've got Revitanail ready for when they get a bit better, but what can i do NOW? Is there anything i can use on them to make them stronger? I feel like they might just peel off any second..

this is the worst stage. I havent got any tips but i would love to hear some too . I am the worlds worst nail biter, disgusting i know, but every now and then i will get acrylics to get me out of the habit...
I try to avoid polish at this delicate stage htough and just stick to massaging cuticle oil or TBS cuticle balm with almond oil

get your sink loaded with dishes and hot water.
rub loads of oil into your hands and nails.
Put on cotton gloves and our hands in the warm water.
Oil is supposed to soak in. I read that on here somewhere.....
otherwise wear your cotton gloves to bed at night with creams ansd oils rubbed in.
Jojoba is another great oil too.
