agreed. esp. good for deep blind pimples incl. the big cystic ones. i put a dollop of it on the nasty, cover it with a little bit of folded up tissue, tape it down with thin, lightweight medical tape and leave it on overnight. if you have a big one, do it every night until it's gone. works better than anything else.

Ok after 1 night magnoplasm did not help.
What I did find that helps and actually dried out pimples so that they would actually clear up was
Oxy 5.. it's an "everyday pimple cream"
wasn't expensive about $12 or $13
Edit: just now realised there is also Oxy 10 which is double the strength and apparently a lot better.
