Crushed up aspirin works well. Also Avon Clinical Microdermabrasion scrub which I buy off ebay. I used to used EL Idealist Scrub and both these work as well if not better than that IMO.

St Ive's Exfoliators are full of crushed apricot seeds. You should aim for exfoliators with small, round beads.
