Manicure by Professionail? - Page 3
Question:
i once went with a friend who got her nails done, and they were rough and uncaring... i've never particularly *needed* a manicure done, people tell me my nails look like they've been done even though i don't put anything on them! i don't see the point in continually wasting money on something you can do yourself... Answer: Originally Posted by fashion*ob I have been to quite a few of these places in Sydney. Manicures range between $15-$20 and Pedis are usually between $30-$35. I only go to them because they are cheap, sometimes they are alright and other times it's pretty disapointing. Usually though they are ok, I guess you can't expect too much for the price. Wow!! That is really cheap, thanx for that. I might try them out one day but as you said I won't be expecting too much for that price. Answer: I've only ever had bad experiences with Professionail! Nails filed back close to the nail bed, bleeding cuticles, cut fingers, no apologies either! Oh and possibly the worst of all? One of the asked me if I was pregnant when I was most clearly not...then laughed to her friend in another language! So insulting. Reading that has put me off ever going to them. Answer: Yeah, it was terrible. I always advise people to not go to Professionail to get anything done. Answer: I do agree with the comments about being a hit and miss salon. I go there sometimes to have a manicure and I suppose it depends on who you get. Sometimes my hands look nice and then sometimes horrible! Answer: I have been to a couple of similar places and can totally relate to the awful experiences and appalling customer service. I used to get acrylics or gels and they totally ruined my nails. No acrylics for several years and now do my own mani & pedi. Copyright ? 2006 - 2007 www.thankhealth.com Privacy Policy
