Is anyone using Neostrata? If so, how long have you been using it and what kind of results are you seeing? I have been using this range now for about 1 month and am seeing great results with the decrease in pigmentation. I'm very impressed so far.

I've been using some Neostrata product for the last three-ish years.
The one product which I basically have used the entire time is the cleanser. I love it.
I hate going back to a non-AHA/PHA cleanser because I can feel the difference in my skin.
It's good for those starting out using acid products because it's quite gentle.
I also use their Citriate Treatment System. Very good. I love it. I stopped doing the weekly treatments when I started using tretinoin, but have found that if I continue my weekly treatments in combination with tretinoin that my skin is even smoother, as I'm using the tretinoin to help with some very minor acne scars on my cheek.
I don't like the Lotion Plus, just because I find it a difficult product to use. I can't use it on my face because it goes quite "sticky" on my skin.
Their Daytime Protection Cream is okay. I find it a bit too greasy for my skin. But others like it.
The lipbalm is just ho hum. Nothing great about it.

I swear by the smoothing lotion....it completely cleared up my stubburn acne and I've had no pimples in weeks!!! And all the scarring is nearly gone. I can't rave about it enough!!!

I've been using NeoStrata products on and off. I always keep going back to them. They've made a massive difference to the look and feel of my skin. It's probably the cheapest and most effective PHA/AHA range. I'm currently using the Smoothing Lotion Plus, but I've only used it once, so I can't really comment on the results just as yet. Although I did wake up with a significantly smoother face.

I went to Oze Pharmacy who recommended it to me as the best brand for pigmentation and as a maintenance programme to use basically 'forever' for anti-aging. She said its not something that you really use just for a few weeks. To see great results you need to use it continuously which I guess is the same for most products.

Bionic Eye Cream
Ultra Moisturising Face Cream (when this tub runs out I will move up to the Smoothing cream)
Hamiltons Everyday Face 30+ (which is recommended to use with the brand)
Night:
Cleanser
Fading Gel for the pigmentation spots on my forehead and upper lip (which are nearly gone by the way)
Bionic Eye Cream
Bionic Face Serum
Ultra Moisturising Face Cream
I am seeing great results and am keen to keep using it. Usually I get bored but not with this. Its so simple and you really don't have to use alot of product - in fact if you use too much espcially at night I find the Bionic Face Serum goes sticky. I also wait 5 minutes before puting the next product on.
I am going to get the Night Cream soon to replace my Moisturiser at night because all the other products work on the top layer of skin but the special night cream works right down in the lower layers of your skin so you are getting the benefit of both. I was given some testers for this and really noticed a difference in my skin when I used it.
The only thing I'll say is that you have to be strict with using it. It really is comparatively cheap compared to other good AHA products. This range was developed by Dermatologists for their clients and the demand was so great they decided to put it out there in chemists.
I highly recommend it!

Love NeoStrata, have been using it for years. All time favourite is Daytime Smoothing Cream with AHA 10 & SPF 15 - the best but have to buy it from the states on Ebay. Otherwise the Smoothing Cream/Lotions are great. Really make a huge difference.

I got some sample in the mail the other day (Neostrata is very good at sending out samples if you email them) but I only got sample of the PHA green label products and I had wanted to try the glycolic ones... I can't complain though!

They may have sent you samples of PHA products because they thought you hadn't used the range or any range with PHA/AHA in it before.
They do recommend new users to start of with the PHA products.
