Even skin Tone...........
Question:
I really need to get into a good skin care routine and try and achieve a really even skin tone........
Can anyone help me out or suggest staple products I should use??
THANKS

Answer:
Retin-A cream. But if you can't get your hands on a script, try the L'oreal ReNoviste kit: it gives great results in a really short amount of time.
Other great products are: Weleda Skin Food moisturiser (essential when using Retin-A as it really dries your skin out),
LUSH Angels on Bare Skin Cleanser, Kosmea Eighth Natural Wonder Serum

Answer:
Neostrata products have a lot of devoted followers on this forum.
I find that Dermalogica's Daily Microfoliant in the morning, and Paula's Choice AHA 8% gel at night + Clinique Total Turnaround 15 min Facial once a week makes my skin tone reeeeaaallly even.
It depends what your skin is like when you start though, as to the strength of the products to try...?

Answer:
i dont have even skin tone... and my hg is tinted moisturiser! cant live without it!

Answer:
Retin A.

Answer:
Products with AHA, like the Neostrata smoothing lotion.

Answer:
Neostrata smoothing lotion is great for evening skintone

Answer:
i swear by kosmea rosehip oil to even out skin tone.
longterm it evens out scars and shortterm (as soon as i apply it) it gives a glow and luminosity that evens out any little problem areas.
i use AHA/BHA products too when the skin looks patchy. used to be MD formulations but have switched to avene cos it's cheaper. the jury's out on that one...

Definately try Neostrata! I ditched MD due to the $$$, tried Avene & had no results, so switched to Neostrata. Haven't looked back!

Hey L'heure bleu- I had forgotten about Kosmea rosehip oil! I use the Eighth Natural Wonder serum from Kosmea and it's made a huge difference! Best of all, the results are noticeable practically straight away!
