Beauty & the Bees Facial Soaps
Question:
Has anybody used these Australian hand made soaps? The green clay ones sound good, and for $6...might be worth a try! Answer: well I just found that they have a stockist in Parramatta. I am going to get some and I'll let you all know how it goes Answer: I use the Beauty and the Bees facial soaps for cleansing after I have removed any makeup, and first thing in the morning. I have only used the Hemp Oil and Baby Bee soaps (not green clay) and I have found them really gentle and non irritating on my extremely sensitive facial skin. They foam really well, smell lovely and leave my skin feeling really clean. However I have found that you need to rebalance your skin afterwards (with an apple cider vinegar or rosewater toner) or the skin becomes too dry. This occurs with almost all soaps. Answer: I suffer with itchy, flakey scalp and have tried EVERY shampoo and conditioner known to man without success.I've been using B&B Tasmanian beer shampoo bar for about 1 week (3 shampoo's) and my hairdresser commented on how clear my scalp was (even though I have itched occasionally in this time). The downside so far is that my hair itself is very dry, but this apparently is the normal process for adjustment and could take some weeks to feel normal. My hairdresser told me to use a spray on conditioner to the ends of my hair but not my scalp.(Conditioners contain irritants to some people, like me). I have tried some of their other products and found them nice. Answer: I just browsed the website it's similar to Lush. I'm interested in green clay mask. Anyone tried? Answer: It's not as smelly as Lush (I love Lush, by the way). I still use the green clay soap I bought down in Hobart a little over a year ago. It's great. Answer: *Bumping this thread* Are any of you ladies still using these soaps? How would you rate them? How long do they last? Copyright ? 2006 - 2007 www.thankhealth.com Privacy Policy
