chanel no.5...? - Page 2
Question:
^^^ Mmmm or Allure Sensuelle (so in love)
I actually hated Chanel No. 5 at first, I thought it smelt like mothbally old lady. But something changed over the past couple of years, and now I love it!

Answer:
are you turning into a mothball old lady :P kidding..........
but such is life I'm liking alot of things I thought only my mum wore (and how uncool it was)............

Answer:
I don't think it depends on how old you are, it depends on what sort of perfume you like.
If you like florals, no matter what age you are, you would like Chanel No 5.
If you prefer something more fruity/musky/oriental, you would like Coco Madamoiselle.
My teenage niece loves Chanel No 5 as she likes floral perfumes

Answer:
I don't agree that is it a mature scent.

I love it and wear it every day and have done so since an old boss bought it for me 15 years ago.

Many times I've gone to try other fragrances just so I don't get stuck in a rut - and every time I find myself purchasing Chanel No.5.

The only time I seriously considered stopping was when Nicole Kidman advertised it.

Answer:
I quite liket the fragrance but i think it suits people who are in their 40s and above imo.

That is weird - I think Chanel No 5 is the ultimate floral perfume.
I don't like fruity/musky/orientals and I don't like Madamoiselle, but I like Allure - who knows, perfume classifications always confuse me

Answer:
I love it but unfortunately can't wear it since it changes scent on me!

Answer:
I love perfumes and think fragnance is such a personal thing, it really depends on how you feel when wearing it, if it goes well with your chemistry and if it makes you sniff your wrist all day and look forward to using it again and again. We shouldn't wear a certain perfume only because other people think it's sexy or recommend it to us.. I honestly envy people who have found "their signature scent" and can pass on all the tons of new releases out there...
