Please help a bride to be..... - Page 3
Question:
I am in the same situation as you, but I am getting married in 3mths!! My plan is currently have been using sunscreen and rosehip oil plus nivea blue at night, plus heaps of water, skin is way better than before plus I plan to do the "perricone promise" diet the month prior to wedding, in which you eat foods high in antioxidants plus oily fish, have seen a few ppl who have done it and their skin looks amazing!! Also planning on seeing a cosmetic dermatologist this month to get a plan of action from someone who has actually got a degree in skin and if necessary any treatments ie skin peel etc

Answer:
I used Dermalogica products before my wedding and my skin was flawless (its very good anyway).
I live in the Hills and I went to (and still do) The Temple Skincare in Castle Hill (just outside The Towers) for all my facials and they are brilliant! They will do a skin photo and diagnose what type of facial and products you need. I can't recommend them highly enough.
Have a look at their website.

Good luck.

Answer:
How does the Neostrata cleanser compare to the Dermalogics Special Cleansing Gel??

Went through the same deal, but maybe left it a little late. At least starting now will give your skin time to settle into its new routine and clam down if it has any freak outs. I would definitely suggest a few facials in line with your products. AHA/BHA and cell regeneration (vit c/vit a) are a good way to go. neostrata and asap get lots of raves. i'm trying ultraceuticals as i've been using aha and bhas for a while and wanted to add some retinol and vit c. going in for a treatment tomorrow. fingers crossed Oh, is it this weekend?? Congrats and I hope it all goes really well for you!

Answer:
Thanks Pink Sugar, I might book an appointment with them soon. The only other time I've ever had a facial it did nothing so I wanted to go somewhere that was recommended. *Edit* Their prices look reasonable too!!
Everyone seems to recommend Dermalogica, do any of you have combination skin? Which products would you use? I think the travel pack sounds really good to try before I invest the cash into it good thinking ladies!!
