Biggest Beauty Blunders - Page 6
Question:
Ha ha ive done so many of those. > I plucked my eyebrows into tiny little squares in grade 7. > attempted a bikini wax myself and was left with big red and blue brusises. > fake tanned my face in yr 8 - oompa lompa (need I say more! lol) Answer: I was interested in skincare form an early age....have no idea where the influence came from as my mum has never used anything on her face, and looks great at 58. grade 5 / grade 6 and early high school...I used Nivea cream, the thick white stuff in the little blue round metallic containers on my face... and vaseline on my lips....I'd go to school alll shiny shiny shiny and with my hormones kicking in, I'd have a fair bit of my own oils coming thru...I was one, oily, greasy shiny mess....but I thought I looked coooool. Answer: Ah the days of hair mascara... My mother had red, blue and green Dior hair mascara and I used to use it...ON MY EYELASHES! I thought I looked really cool... I was also quite liberal with the clinique perfume freebies...*shudder*. Bear in mind, I was in primary school at the time!! Answer: I too am a silky mit victim When I was about 10, I had a prickle cut, it didn't look spiky enough so I cut some of it off on school photo day! My mum has a picture on her wall with me and my munted prickle cut. Answer: Originally Posted by luda_gain I was also quite liberal with the clinique perfume freebies...*shudder*. Ha! We used to spray EA's Sunflowers on girls to be mean. It would really stink for ages! Answer: I tried to tint my eyebrows once and left the dye on for way too long. I ended up with really thick black eyebrows! They looked especially bad because I'm a very fair redhead. It was awful Thank God for facial hair bleach... Answer: Sun In - that stuff was terrible!! my hair went orange.. Its one of those things (like tanning creams) you dont think its working, so you put more and more in.. hehe Answer: Originally Posted by Rhania - Ironing my hair with a real iron (hey don't judge me, it was before the days of GHD and chemically straightening!!) I've done that too! Oh the shame... Answer: Prob the most embarrassing one I ever did was the first time I shaved my legs in Grade 6. Pushed too hard and did it dry... my legs were itchy, flaky, bumpy and red for weeks! I've also had a DIY brazilian disaster (I will go for HARD wax next time) and have cut m,y own fringe way too short a few times. Nothing recently though thank god! Answer: cutting my fringe... i was so stupid a few weeks ago. i paid a fortune for a haircut and i asked her for a 'slight' fringe and she didn't do it like i asked so came home and did it myself.... i can't bear to go back to my hairdresser Copyright ? 2006 - 2007 www.thankhealth.com Privacy Policy
