I went partially bald to an interview the next day! the mental image of that made me lol too Now for my own: -Ironing-hair victim (actually my best friend done it for me and i received heaps of compliments at school!) -first time fake tan experience gone wrong- my hands went orange because i didn't wash it off properly, had to wear gloves on a really hot summer day... everyone bombarded me with questions... - shaved my eyebrows. Yes, shaved. Not completely all off, just until my brows were very thin. I didn't know what plucking was back then, and when my family questioned what had happened, i blamed my cousin for shaving them off in my sleep -applying a bright blue eyeshadow in year 8 and getting teased about it. To this day i still believe it looked good! Although i don't have any photographic evidence so i can't confirm! Lastly, THE most embarassing thing ever... which will haunt me my whole life... before one of my highschool class photos, i used one of the combs they handed out to everyone. Now my hair is naturally is curly and frizzy, and as all curly haired people (should) know, you never, ever brush it when it's dry! (unless you're like my mum who loves the 80's style of boofy hair) Well, i did, with that stupid comb (with added static electricity!), so in the school photo i looked like a triangle boof head. Sad thing is that i remember asking a few friends if i looked okay and they said i did... the horror... and in year 12 when all of our old photos were shown on display i promptly removed that one... and everyone who was in my year level since that photo remembers that photo of me well Answer: Not me, but my best friend in grade 6 shaved off her own eyebrows because she was pissed off with her mum (um?!?!) and they still arent the same. Answer: Started using skincare products when I was in year 6 mainly because my mother used it and her skin looks gorgeous for someone aged 42. And also I had mild eczema so that was a problem too. Answer: These are all hilarious, I just thought of another one, when I was 15 & circa hair serum, we used to use baby oil but not just one drop, heaps & heaps. I must have looked like I dipped my head in a bucket of oil, whatever was I thinking? Lol Answer: When I was around 14, a day before a school beach trip, I applied fake tan, and then went for a jog later. The next morning I realised that my sportsbra had rubbed off all the tan around the underwire, so I had this huge bra shaped pale patch. I was mortified and wore a singlet around all day. Also guilty of wearing too much eyeliner in high school. Answer: omg these are hilarious!! in grade 6 and 7 i was top deck (after the chocolate) .. blonde on top and brown underneath. hehehe was doin a friends hair with a comb.. got the comb stuck...one blunt fringe later... :whistles: and i remember when i was very very young and we were goin out and mum had cut my hair that day (oh yeh thats another), i didnt like my fringe.. and i cut it uneven.. mum chucked a psych lol! Answer: OMG. Speaking of hair disasters, I just remembered... Trying to curl my hair by rolling it around a round barrelled brush really tightly. So not a good idea. I was also quite liberal with the clinique perfume freebies...*shudder*. Bear in mind, I was in primary school at the time!! Hah - I had 6 different colours of hair mascara! And (the horror) I used to wear streaks of every different colour in my hair at once. I had a glittery one too, I loved it. Answer: i remember in year 9? or 10? i frequently waxed my eyebrows, i woke up one morning, there was something on that day so i wanted to wax my eyebrows in the morning, lol! i ended up waxing a whole section of my eyebrows because i was half asleep also before camp is used depilatory cream on my legs, and left it on too long i ended up with tiny scabs all over one of my legs!
