Just wanted to add a big rave for the service I received from Fotini and Courtney at Kit Myer Sydney today. Fotini refunded me in full and recommended that I come back in later in the week to sample a few products which might be better suited for my stupid skin - she seems to think I had an allergic reaction to the titanium dioxide like lara* said, and that the seaweed cleansing lotion exacerbated it by being too astringent for my skin type.
It's so refreshing to deal with beauty people who aren't just pushing the hard sell and actually take time to figure out what might work. Definitely a better way to get returning customers!
