Blonde Hair - Shampoo, Conditioner, Toner - Page 4
Question:
I wouldnt be bleaching it straight away though... if you can help it.
Can someone please do an Alfaparf and Goldwell CP for me pretty please! I <3 Alfaparf but I cant find it here anywhere and I dont have many chances to get the the shops Everytime I ask an SA/ HD they've never heard of it and look at me like I made it up!
ATM I'm just using a schwarzkopf toner that I mix in with some John Frieda moisturising damage control conditioner thingie. Works ok but I would like to try the Goldwell toners.

Answer:
Thanks for the advice!
I got my mum to streak my hair... and the yellow is much more light in those parts.
I'm going to bleach it without doing the roots (they don't need doing)... and hopefully it'll look good.
I think I shall pop down the shop to pick up this toner you all seem to be raving about!

Answer:
I use all Aveda products on my hair and I love them. I am naturally quite light and have 3 different shades of blonde highlights through my hair. I use Aveda colour conserve shampoo and conditioner and I also use Blue Malva once a week.

Answer:
when i had my hair done they washed it in redken's new blonde glam. it's meant to make the hair shinier. mine is shiny and in good condition anyway so i can't tell if it works. it smells yummy, like grapefruit.
i got given a sample pack with the shampoo, conditioner and a purple treatment. the samples are a good size, so i'll report back after a few washes.

here's a link to more info on the redken site

Hi, i am new to blonde hair. I am naturally dark and got blonde foils at the weekend....I am currently unsure if i like it or not. I use Redken All Soft shampoo/conditioner and the heavy cream as a treatment. I was hoping someone could recommend me a toner???.. I have read all the posts in this thread and the Goldwell one seems to come highly recommended. Is it ok to use toner when you have dark tones through the hair also??? (sorry i am clueless about hair) Anyway here is a pic of the colour my hair is now!...hoping someone can recommend me something, thanks heaps x.

Answer:
That is a lovely cool creamy blonde, looks like an all over colour not foils I would be using Redkens Colour Extend Shampoo & Rich Defender as conditioner alternating with the Extreme range.
All soft is nice but is only moisturising nothing much more.
It's fine to use toner the colours used for blonde's have no effect on darker hair-I would use a 10P & 10V as that is what your hair looks like to me & I must say looks lovely & healthy
As Poppysoir said Blonde Glam is great stuff.

Answer:
Thanks for that Miffny. To be honest im really not sure about my new hair colour as i was dark before so its a bit of a shock. Im hoping that i'll start getting used to it soon!! The hairdresser did use foils, im sure it wasnt an all over colour?!..

Answer:
I tried the Redken Blonde Glam shampoo and conditioner today after it got so many fab reviews. It is WONDERFUL. I think I have tried almost everything and was always disappointed. Many thanks to all who recommended it. The Goldwell 10P must be really good too, because everyone was out of it. Most stores said it was their most popular. One store also said I wouldn't need to use the Goldwell if I was using the Redken. Any comments?

Answer:
as far as i know the redken shampoo and conditioner only add shine and you still need toner. i haven't tried the purple treatment i got yet, the shine blonde s&c are gorgeous. they make my hair so soft.

Answer:
