Frizzy hair & split ends - Page 7
Question:
Nothing really fixes split ends unfortunately, just get a teeny, weeny trim. Answer: I find that if I pop some cod liver oil capsules and rub it through the ends of my hair it looks so smooth and helps frizzies. Answer: i needed this one.. geez, i have so many, since my hair is pretty long and straight every strand is a split end basically. I've tried trimming and deep conditioning but nothing works except getting the extreme chop for my hair up to the ears which is never gonna happen, so i guess i have to live with them . Answer: One thing that works for me for my frizzy hair: Put on hair treament twice in a week and wrap it in hot wet towel, or in a sauna. I use Loreal I hardly use straigthener as I'm worried that it will permanently damage my hair. Answer: Does anyone know of any good styling products to smooth hair that dont have silicone in it? Everything seems to have it, there must be other ingrediants to smooth hair?? Answer: redken -smooth down. I swear by it! And because my hair is quite dry it adds a good amount of shine. Im pretty sure it does not have silicone, check it out Answer: So far my HGs for my straightish-curlyish FRIZZY hair are: Straightener (although long term it's done a LOT of damage) Kerastase Oleo Relax serum (on towel dried hair) bumble&bumble Brilliantine (for the day after when the fly aways emerge and the frizzies start to return) Answer: i have ghd and it works a treat Answer: Nioxin shampoo + conditioner. I've been using DeLorenzo which made me look like I had a constant halo my hair was that frizzy! Switched back to Nioxin and my hair looks gorgeous again.
