Mineral Make-Up Magnificence
Question:
Hey guys! I just wanted to know which brand of "mineral make-up" is most popular within the Vougette community at the moment. Right now I'm using Ultraceuticals Ultra Active Mineral Colour in Beige, and it's great! It doesn't aggravate my skin or cause me to break-out or anything! And the Beige suits my skintone perfectly!

Answer:
I think EM & Meow are pretty popular on here, but Meow was bad for my skin. I have used ID before, but have since gone off it. I am so keen to try the Ultraceuticals one. Does it come with a brush?

Not a brush, it comes with a kind of wipe-on powder pad thing, it's not very good so I just use a regular sized Esteé Lauder brush and that works much better!

Answer:
Im using EM at the moment... Not sure if its my brush giving me a rash though

Answer:
I used EM for around 6 months or so in the intensive formula and liked it very much, but now I've found Alima! It's just so good on my oily skin and the colour wears truer during the day - hope that makes sense, I'm mega pale and EM did go slightly orangey on me by the arvo but Alima lasts a lot better. Plus it holds the oilies at bay for heaps longer!

Answer:
has anyone used the thin lizzie one they sell on infomercials? mine is due in tomorrow from the post......

Answer:
I used EM and really liked it. I didn't like Meow because I found it didn't provide good coverage, it's hard to explain but it was like it wouldn't adhere to my skin.
While I was away I had no EM and purchased ID Minerals from Sephora. I purchased the starter kit and I quite like it. It gives a good coverage, similar to EM. Only difference to EM is the texture of the powder. EM seems more finely milled.

Answer:
I was on the mineral makeup bandwagon for a few months (not anymore though). I tried about 10 different brands, including the abovementioned, but my favourite was Pure Luxe. They have great eyeshadows too.

Answer:
where can i get some of this mineral foundation instead of purchasing it online as i don't know which shades suit my skin tone

Answer:
geez guys there are a million threads on this if you do a search all your qsts will be answered
