Almay
Question:
Hi! What are your thoughts on this range of make-up? I’m interested in hearing your thoughts about the whole range... TIA! Answer: Depends on what you're after. I've had success with their eyeliners, they're quite good for a basic pencil or wind-up. The eyeshadows are quite nice also for cheapies, the colours are all quite neutral. I've only tried the adaptable tint out of their foundations, and it was okay. Answer: Foundation is really good too. That is all i use. Answer: I use their foundation and eye make up remover pads. I think their products are great Answer: Their longlasting foundation is brilliant ! it stys on really well but doesnt have that awful 'longlasting' cakey feeling Answer: Have used Almay longlasting concealer which is great. Also Skin Stays Clean Makeup is pretty good. Really like the foundation colours, very neutral. Answer: The mascara is very good too - almost (but not quite) as good as my higher end mascaras. Answer: For some reason I am not a fan of Almay at all. Same with Max Factor. Tried products from them years ago. For cheapies, I like Rimmel, Australias & Cover Girl. Answer: I really like the Skin Stays Clean foundation, it feels weightless and looks natural. It isn't dewy, matte, shimmery, satiny etc. it just looks like normal skin. It's also buildable. The colour i use, Sand, is quite neutral as well which is appealing as i find a lot of foundations for medium skin tones too yellow or too orange/brown. Answer: I've used the Skin Stays Clean foundation for about a year. It covers well but doesn't mask the skin and look unnatural. I use the lightest shade and it's a perfect match for me. I set it with Covergirl Trublend translucent pressed powder. Apparently the Veronicas use Skin Stays Clean. Copyright ? 2006 - 2007 www.thankhealth.com Privacy Policy
