Dont want to confuse you even more but I have my hair coloured by Sally at Element and cut by Alicia. Alicia is great, she listens to you also has her input and does exactly what you want, shes great. Alicia has been there way longer. Debra has only been there 6mnths, but thats not to say she isnt as good, just letting you know. You definitely will not go wrong with Alicia.

When I get the works (tint, half-head foils, cut and blowdry), it usually costs me about $280 at Element.
You know, I would trust going to anyone at Element. I've had Sally, Alicia and Debra all colour my hair before. I've had both Debra and Alicia cut my hair too. I've been happy every time. It doesn't matter who you get. Take whatever appointment you can get.

They are generally booked out on Saturdays, weeks in advance I book with them every time im there for the next time, every 6 weeks. I'd say the weekdays would be alot quieter, Sally has mentioned this to me, so I'd say at least a week in advance if you're going to go in sometime through the week.

Wow, Element sounds great...where are they? I have only been to Luc Espace and I love it. They are great there at Bondi Junction but seeing as there are such great reviews at Element, I will have to give it a go!
