I've never tried any mascaras bases as I find clear mascara does an okay job for me, but now I might have to get myself a tube

I was about to give up on mascara bases, guess I have my friend to thank for insisting that I give Shiseido a go.
I wouldn't recommend only using the base by itself though because it can make your lashes look whitesh under sunlight. Remember to apply mascara on top of it!

i'm going overseas next week so might get it, since my friend mentioned it.
i have pretty long asian eyelashes already, after a more volumious look. does this only lengthen? looks very doll-like.
