How can I keep wrinkles away?
Question:
I'm 26 and noticed a tiny wrinkle near my mouth. Isn't it a little early for me to start seeing wrinkles? I have not done a lot of tanning in my life.
I'm worried if I'm getting this now I will look like the Crypt Keeper when I'm 50. Other than staying out of the sun and using sunscreen what can I do to keep wrinkles away?
Answer:

Wrinkles appear in correspondence with the genes we are given. It's not too early for you to be noticing them - especially if your mother had them at an early age. Nothing you can do really except the good suggestion you already have given yourself here plus using a good moisterizer nightly that contains Vitamin E and/or Collagen. These suggestions will help some but it won't prevent them.

Answer:
Hey Jenna, how are you doing?

Choose a
that feels nice to apply, doesn't sting or burn or provoke acne. Use tepid or warm tap water and a
to wash your face twice daily.

Fine lines and wrinkles arise because of irregular thickening of the dermis and because of a decrease in the amount of water held by the epidermis. This is mainly caused by sun damage and exposure to environmental toxins such as tobacco smoke.

The severity of these changes in an individual depends on genetic tendency,
and exposure to environmental factors. Never-the-less, it is most important to
from the sun life-long using
on exposed areas daily, and to avoid smoking and exposure to second-hand smoke or other pollutants.

Prisoner: Look here, doctor! You've already removed my spleen, tonsils, adenoids, and one of my kidneys. I only came to see if you could get me out of this place!

Doctor: I am, bit by bit.
