Hi. Yesterday I found a really painful lump on the back of my ear where it joins my head. It has grown since yesterday aswell. Has anyone had anything similar like this before?

It sounds like an ingrown hair or a cyst. If it comes to a head, you can pop it and treat it with antibacterial ointment. If it doesn't and continues to enlarge, see a doctor to have it incised and drained.
