Greetings everyone,
I am 18 years old and around January of this year I started having weird headpains. Sometimes they turn into moderate and focused headaches but mostly headpains that last no more than 5 minutes on and off everyday. The pains or sensations are so inconsistant I really don't even know what to tell the doctor. I've been to the nuerologist and to the emergency who all found nothing. The nuerologist said that they maybe migrainous but in my research I 've found my symptoms to different from those of a migraine, cluster and tension headaches. I have mix-matched combinations of all 3 but nothing that describes what i have experienced. The pains accure on both sides of my head in different spots ( from the back of my neck, to my jaws to my temples and to my sinus Cavity) and have different feelings. Sometimes it's pulsating, others it's a intense burning, sometimes it is a pinching feeling, sometimes throbbing, sometimes a feeling like my forehead just did 100 pushups, sometime a pulling, and I even feel like my jaws are teething! I went to the emergency room because I had tingling on the right back side of my head. I also get feelings of lightheaded-ness and slight dizziness on and off and the pain sometimes extends toward the top of my shoulders. I'm leaving for college soon and want to know are there others like me? Can anybody offer some insight?
