Question:
Ive been tanning alot latley, and i tanned laying on my penis, and now there is a red spot close to the head of my dick...
and my legs have been feelings weak, and aching, and stuff, its wierd..
anyone know what is wrong with me?
Answer:
Sounds like scabitis, I think that's how you spell it. I think it is triggered my ultraviolet light.
Answer:
what should i do?...
Answer:
Wash it (daily) gently with plain soap and water, dry it well and put some Neopsporin or other generic type of triple antibiotic ointment on it. Keep some gauze or a bandaid over it until it heals. If it doesn't heal or worsens, you'll need to see a doctor. Stop tanning for now. When you do start to tan again, keep some shorts on. That area isn't exposed to sunlight that often and the skin is that much more sensitive to light, heat, radiation, etc.

Answer:
Hey Guest Kyle, how are you doing?

The avoidance of the intense or prolonged, regular use of tanning beds may help in preventing tanning-bed lentigines. Individuals of Celtic ancestry might limit their exposure to the sun to help prevent ink-spot lentigines.

A lentigo (pl. lentigines) is a small, sharply circumscribed, pigmented macule surrounded by normal-appearing skin. The distinction of a lentigo from other melanocytic lesions (eg, nevi, melanoma) and its role as a marker for ultraviolet damage and systemic syndromes is of major significance.

Depending on the type of lentigo present, the dermatologic manifestation may be a solitary lesion or multiple lesions that can occur anywhere on the body. Some lentigines have associated systemic manifestations that accompany the skin lesions.

Lentigines may evolve slowly over years, or they may be eruptive and appear rather suddenly. Ink-spot lentigines are also similar to solar lentigines, except the rete ridges in ink-spot lentigines appear less blunted and more tortuous.

PUVA lentigo is a persistent, pale brown macule appearing 6 months or longer after the start of PUVA therapy for psoriasis. Solar lentigo and ink-spot lentigo are associated with sun exposure in fair-skinned people.

Best wishes,

Prisoner: Look here, doctor! You've already removed my spleen, tonsils, adenoids, and one of my kidneys. I only came to see if you could get me out of this place!

Doctor: I am, bit by bit.
