I had sex with a girl last night that I met at a club and this morning I realized I had a scab on my penis hole. When I pee it kind of comes out of the side of the hole since part of it is blocked. Should I pull it off? Do I have an STD?
Answer:
You can't develop symptoms from an STD that quickly (overnight). You must have cut yourself one way or another - or she cut you somehow. I wouldn't pull the scab off. Let it heal on its own. Put some antibacterial ointment on it for the time being and keep a close eye on it. If it worsens, you'll need to see a doctor.
