tingly pain in leg
Question:
For the past couple days I have been getting a pain im my leg. the pain is random. The pain goes from my cavs down to my foot; and the pain goes from my cavs up to my pelvis and sometimes even my penis. The pain is kind of tingly, and not very severe. I am just wondering what this could be. I have not done really anything in the past couple days that could have strained my body. Please reply if you have any suggestion on what this is and what I should do.
Answer:
Hey basketball, how are you doing?

The recommended daily allowance of vitamin B1 is about 1.5 mgs for both children and adults. Symptoms can be reversed with time and and a good diet if the disorder has not been current too long...

Pain in the leg is often a complaint without known cause of highly nervous people; it is also a lesser symptom in measles, scarlet fever, and smallpox. Beriberie (Vitamin B1 (Thiamine) Deficiency) begins with a loss of appetite and weight, followed by neuritis (a prickling and numbing sensation in the leg and feet and other body parts).

Deficiency in vitamin B1 is usually found in thouse people who have a high intake of sugar and processed ceral and very low intake of protein and fresh green vegitables. Vitamin B1 is plentiful - whole grain ceral, all meats (organ meats in particular), eggs, vegetable greens, fowl, and nuts.

Stop all activities that affect your leg until the pain goes away. If your pain does not go away, then see your Doctor.
