The doctor will check the head of the penus, the shaft area of the penus, and pretty much all over the penus area. The doctor will then check your testicles (gently rubbing testicles) The doctor then should do a rectal exam which causes no pain, just some pressure. The doctor will lubricate a gloved finger with patrollium jelly and insert his finger in your rectum looking for signs of prostate cancer. It is also completely normal to have an erection.
