Does anyone know of a good natural remedy for fatigue & low
energy?

Answer:
There is an old saying to the effect that the laborer is worthy of his hire. I hope we are all worth that, and I am sure that some of us are worth much more.

And he is also worthy of a little rest relaxation from his labors now and then, a little time in which to foregather with his fellows and enjoy the pleasures of rest and recreation. The Union, through its efforts to increase wages and improve living conditions, has made it possible for us to afford many of the luxuries of life - such as this social time tonight...

Dietary changes, a sensible exercise program during the day, make sure your room is dark, cool, and quiet, and avoid sodas and drinks containing caffine are just a few attempts that are made to help indivisuals get to sleep, however, this ability is diminished in unhealthy people and those who have cancer. This may be due to the mental disturbance which commonly developes the moment news of the devastating illness is learned, which in effect is simuliar to the syndrome diagnosed in people who do not have cancer.

Fatigue is not a disease such as diabetes, dyslexia, or epilepsy but rather a reproach which suggest of an underlying cause. Futhermore, because it is seen in so many diseases and disorders, the question arrives is it a cause or an effect?

Generally, it is recommended a doctor is seen if you experience any of the following:
Fatigue that comes on suddenly
Fatigue that is not relieved by adequate rest, adequate sleep, or removal of stressful factors
Fatigue that is accompanied by unexplained symptoms
Feeling as if you are going to pass out
Unexplained weight changes
Menstrual irregularities
Any new masses, lumps, or bumps
Mild to moderate pain in your head, chest, or abdomen
Many causes of fatigue may be treated with medications.
Iron supplements for anemia
Medications and machines to help sleep apnea
Medications to control your blood sugar
Medications to support your thyroid
Antibiotics to treat infection
Vitamins
Recommendations for dietary changes and a sensible exercise program Because fatigue is a common complaint, sometimes a potentially serious cause may be overlooked. When fatigue is not relieved by enough sleep, good nutrition, or a low-stress environment, it should be evaluated by your doctor.

Often, however, fatigue is only due to an over-rated response as in starting a new job the next day or anxious to wear the new outfit you recieved as a birthday present. Unfortunately, the cure for this type of fatigue is not easily found - either.

Although it is rumored that the sleep of sleep-aids are not as effective as normal sleep, there is not much difference between the term sleep. Therefore, as the saying goes "a man gotta do, what a man's gotta do".
