Hey. My penis is in a normal shape, but when i have a boner it tends
to curl up..so if you are standing, it points straight up and in order
to have it stick out at a 90 degree angle from my body, i have to push
down on it. It just goes straight up in like a 30-45 degree angle.
What is wrong?

Circumcision is where they cut the tip of your penis off when your a
baby. Most American men have it done. I'm from India so I have my
whole penis, uncircumcized.

They don't cut the "tip off". They remove some of the extra skin from the penis.
