pain in left side chest and arm
Question:
im a 25 year old male for some funny reason i have deep pain at night time on my left side of my chest the nipple area the pain is not constant it's on and off like i will feel the pain for 1 second then it go's away and 10 seconds later the pain comes in and go's out again and this is constant the pain also radiates to my left arm i hope this is not something major wrong with me the pain starts at night time for some reason during the day im fine it's really odd anybuddy have any idea of what this could be i do yell a lot can this be maybe coused by stress or what foods i eat or something

It's probably due to the position you lay in at night. You might be pinching a nerve or stretching a muscle in the night while you are sleeping. The next time this happens, pay close attention to all of your symptoms. Can you take in a deep breath easily and without pain? Is your pulse of normal rate, which would be around 72. Are you dizzy? If you change your position, does it go away? Even though you are only 25, you are old enough to have to consider it being due to a heart problem. Yes, stress can cause such symptoms. If this doesn't pass soon, you really need to see a doctor to rule out cardiac problems.
