Ejaculation after urination
Question:
I have something very strange happening to me. A few years ago I started having a full ejaculation right after I pee. This isn't just a little bit of semen, but a volume more like if I had a full actual orgasm during sex. Just a soon as the urine flow stops out comes the streams of ejaculate. Problem is I can't tell that it is happening unless I look down and happen to catch it visually. I am fully flacid and it doesn't feel like anything. This is especially embarrassing if I don't realize it is about to happen before putting everything back in my pants.

It occurs about once every other day. I have visited a urologist but he had never heard of such a thing and had no solution for it, telling me that everything seemed to checkout physically. This has made me somewhat fearful that I could have something potentially serious and poorly understood by the medical community. I am 25 years old.

If anyone has ever experienced this or has any explanation for it I would greatly appreciate hearing about it.

Thanks!
Answer:
Hey Guest, how are you doing?

When you do ejaculate, do you feel anything? For example, when the male ejaculate, it is described as the greatest feeling on earth.

I suspect, if you have this feeling in association with ejaculation when you ejaculate and do not after urination, it maybe discharge. This discharge may even take on the watery to heavy pussy characteristics of the discharge seen in the venereal disease, nonspecific (simple) urethritis. (1)

In retrograde ejaculation, however, semen enters into the bladder instead of going out through the urethra during ejaculation. (2) This could be a sign of Epispadias - which is a rare - but a congenital (present from birth) defect in the location of the opening of the urethra. (3)

Best wishes,
